BAD RESULTS

to the very few who will probably read this.

I had my results come back and i got a D.

I was so shocked, i cried. I revised so hard. Where did it all go wrong?

We had an assembly at school after, and the teacher was basically saying those who got bad grades dont turn up to lesson and dont revise hard enough. But i can honestly come away from this exam and say i couldnt have put any more work in.

So from here i am faced with triple the amount of work for summer exams.

I can either carry on feeling disheartened or pick myself up and come back better and stronger.

RUN IN THE RAIN

I have been feeling pretty low about running, but i have stuck to my training

and did a 40 minute run in the rain….there is something refreshing about running in the rain.

TRAINING UPDATE

So it has been my busy week at school, i finished all of my 4 essays YEY! Training we had 4x 3 minute reps with 5 massive step circuits included. Seems like nothing my gosh my legs were killing! But i kept the pace going and dug in. Wednesday was a swim session aqua jogging up and down the pool, this really helps my legs felt so good after and this morning i felt normal when normally the steps would kill me. Todays session was 6x120m and i felt like i was flying! I have never felt so fresh and comfortable and confident when i was running.

YEY THE WEEKEND IS HERE.

its been a while since i posted a text post—> FOR ME ANYWAY

school is crap atm, i have lots of work AGAIN and its just getting me down

I had school half term this week, and while i planned to do all of my essays. I got called into work 5 times, one where i did a full shift of 7 and a half hours with no break…YES NO BREAK. thats pharmacy for you.

So its a rest day tomorrow where i plan to drive, do my essays and run.

RUNNING- is again not brilliant at the moment, as any runner or regular exerciser will know- DOMS. i had this really bad when i hit my first major track session on the track 10x300m one day, then 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m THEN BACK DOWN 600m 400m 200m. It was such a killer on my legs. but after a few massages my muscles are back to normal.

:) Hopefully all will pick up in the next week, as im feeling really low at the moment.

Try not to dwell on things….it does make it worse.
